Personal Session

Overall Wellness Coaching

With our personal sessions, you will step into a new, clean life and you will walk away with all the tools to maintain it. Once you schedule a 60 minute consultation with us, we will meet in-person, over the phone or via Skype to get to know each other and again an understanding of your lifestyle and the nutrients that will be unique to you in transforming your body. After our initial meeting, you’ll be sent a personalized meal plan including the best recipes we’ve come up with through years of research and experimenting.

Group Session

Get each other motivated

For non-corporate groups of 2-20, we provide various educational sessions that can be in the form of seminars and workshops based on the topic(s) of your choice. These sessions are fun, interactive and informative. Gather a small group together for a time of fun and learning. We engage your entire group, provide general dietary recommendations, tips, resources and even recipes. We also make sure to allow sufficient time for questions.

From the Comfort of Your Home

In today’s busy lifestyle, food and health often get neglected. You are too busy to exercise and look after your body in a preventive way. Unhealthy individual lifestyle choices have shown to result in diminished productivity at workplace. Employees with an unhealthy diet were 66 percent more likely to report having experienced a loss in productivity than those who regularly ate whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Hence, one can’t overlook the importance of healthy diet.
